Built for teens
I believe everyone deserves a chance to workout, whether they have access to a gym or not.
A program born from real experience
This was built by a teen for teens, so they can feel more confident in their body, reduce stress, and reap all the benefits that strength training has to offer.
Research kept pointing to the same answer: strength training is one of the most powerful tools for improving mental health in adolescents. But most teen fitness programs focused only on the physical side. This project was built to change that.
Backed by 5 peer-reviewed studies and original survey data collected from 14 teen lifters, Lift for Your Mind connects the science to the practice — so teens understand why lifting makes them feel better, and stick with it.

What drives everything we do
To empower every teen — regardless of experience, body type, or background — to discover the mental and physical strength that lives inside them through the practice of weightlifting.
Inclusivity
Every teen is welcome here. We design our program for all genders, fitness levels, and backgrounds — no experience required.
Science-backed
Everything we teach is grounded in research. We connect the dots between lifting and mental health so teens understand why it works.
Safety first
Proper form and safe progression are non-negotiable. We teach teens to lift smart so they can lift for life.
Community
Lifting is better together. We foster a supportive, encouraging environment where teens lift each other up — literally and figuratively.
